Not sure is it only my problem or not, but master server does not show your servers with new ip address.

Here are decreased damage adjustment again from 1.4 to 1.25 (extreme difficulty has 1.2), fixed positions of FEAR Perseus Mandate Shades (not on all maps where they are present though), fixed several Monolith's mistypes in commands and ainodes names, added checkpoints, coop gamestartpoints, new enemies on some levels.

By the way, maybe better to not reveal your redirect url in coop.rar. This archive contains not only maps, also does not represent current state of your server (but playable of course) and it is tricky to convert to downloaded content for faster joining.

Anyway, it is possible to download required files outside the game from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aRnIU5iwO-DMPlEETsLbLAfwr-FTTXrZ/view?usp=sharing to reduce load on server redirect.

Meanwhile, it would be good to create and share quick temporary fix for it (2/3 of all servers are not visible in game).

Maybe the easiest approach that anyone can try right now is adding new line (temporary)

74.208.236.225 master.fear-combat.org

to hosts file (for windows path is "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\", add permissions if required).

It redirects requests from http://master.fear-combat.org/api/serverlist-ingame.php (first master server with incomplete list) to http://cpp.mx/api/serverlist-ingame.php (third master server with complete list). The second mirror ( http://master2.fear-combat.org/api/serverlist-ingame.php) does not work at all.

Another approach is modifying SEC2/GameClient.dll using hex editor. Change url of 1st mirror to something definitely wrong (temporary of course), so 3rd mirror will be used or better replace 1st url by 3rd (but keep the size of file constant).

Is there a way to make the AI not so instakill lol. My friend and I are attempting to playthrough the coop campaign using the latest files provided, however the AI soldiers are basically killing us in 2 hits on sight, 

 

Is there a fix for this? as well as maybe so they don't run around as fast as naruto runners xD

@Le Pie There are many AI attributes which can be changed in databases and/or in MPCustomizations.txt (copy SP/Mod/Database/MPOverrides.txt to SP/MPCustomizations.txt, does not work with SinglePlayer gamemode better to set TeamSlowMoDeathmatch).

You can change this line in MPCustomizations.txt file:

Server/Difficulty/Very Hard/DamageAdjustment=1.250000

1.2 - original "Extreme" difficulty level, 0.6 - easiest level.

Changing their speed requires editing AnimationDatabase in Custom/Mod using fear sdk for now. I shall send it later. What their speed would you prefer? By default they are slower than player with 1.0 speed. Now they have 1.25x-2.0x, where x is normal speed.

Meanwhile, it is possible to change maximum allowed player speed (1.25) before starting the server:

GameModes/TeamSlowMoDeathmatch/RunSpeed.0.Range=1.000000,10.250000

Some other useful values:

Arsenal/Global/Global/DroppedWeaponLifeTime=10000

Server/Player/Player/MultiplayerDeathDelay=3.000000

SlowMo/Multiplayer/RechargeRate=0.017500

Umm seems as its just myself and my friend, 1.0 should be fine i think. Or do you think from your own knowledge that perhaps something like 1.10 would be better?

 

Also when you say copy MPOverides, do you mean replace or move the file or put copy the text over into mpcustomisations?

@Player i have a MPCustomizations.txt in SP/Custom/Mod/AnimationDatabase. Is that where you meant or?

@Le Pie Copy or move MPOverrides.txt to main server directory SP (where .bat file is located ) and renamed it to MPCustomizations.txt or use attached one in my previous message.
